You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Products must include original packaging, labels, and a valid order number.
Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back.
Sale items, gift cards, and personal care products (e.g., facial rollers, sponges) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
